At Ebiba Judo Club, anyone can enjoy judo safely , regardless of age, gender , or disability.

Through judo, we aim to promote physical and mental growth, maximize one's own strength and potential, and enable one to contribute to others and society.

What is Ebiba Judo Club?

Ebiba Judo Club was established in 2018​

This club aims to enable everyone to enjoy judo safely , focusing on ID (intellectually disabled) judo, which is popularized by the All Japan Judo Federation.

Judo for the intellectually disabled (ID) is a safe and most basic form of judo based on the "Judo Principles" taught by Master Jigoro Kano in the early days of judo .

By practicing based on this principle, you can acquire the techniques and mindset inherent in judo more safely and have fun.

Furthermore, rather than focusing on strength and speed, moving your body efficiently and using it flexibly will lead to dexterity and injury prevention.

And the continuous practice It also leads to spiritual growth.

SON Chiba Funabashi Judo PG

SON Chiba (Special Olympics Nippon Chiba) is an international sports organization that provides various sports training and competitions throughout the year for people with intellectual disabilities, where they can demonstrate their achievements. SON Chiba is a non-profit organization run by the goodwill of volunteers and donations.

Ebiba Judo Club and SON Chiba (Special Olympics Japan Chiba) Funabashi Judo PG are operating simultaneously. Except for trial participation, you will need to register with one of the organizations. (You can also register with both.)
